Breakfast: If you wish you can also eat breakfast with us. You can book independently to suit your mood when you arrive here. We make a charge of € 20,00 per person, or € 12,00 for children under 12 years of age.

Dogs: Dogs are also allowed in our garden apartments and garden suites. We charge € 10.00 per day excl. feed.

Accessibility: All of our new garden apartments and suites are wheelchair-accessible.

Prices are per day per apartment for 2 people, with a minimum stay of 5 days.

In each apartment it is possible to sleep on the bed settee. We charge € 20.00 for every additional person.
Children under 3 years of age stay free. Cot bed, highchair, pushchair, baby carriers etc. are available free of charge on request.  

Discount for single occupancy of the garden suites € 40.00.

Reservations under 5 days’ duration are only available on a “last-minute” basis. Prices for this on request.

Services

The Faselehof is right next door to the wonderful 5-star hotel “la maiena meran resort”. This enables us to offer you additional services for a charge.

• Tennis
• Hairdressing
• Massages or other treatments in the hotel’s beauty department
• A special bottle of wine from the hotel’s vinothèque (wine menu is available in your apartment)

The apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.

On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your apartment by 10 am.

All apartments are no smoking.

We love animals and have a dog ourselves. However we ask for your understanding that due to the wooden floors we are unable to accept pets.

Local taxes of €2,20 per person per day (over 14 years of age) are charged separately, are not included in our prices, and are a tourist tax that must be passed directly to the local authorities.

Your reservation becomes binding upon sending of our booking confirmation.

Cancellation terms

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code (art. 1382 CC), there is no automatic right of withdrawal once a reservation has been made. However we grant the following terms of cancellation to our guests:

• In the event of a cancellation, we kindly ask that you let us know in plenty of time.
• Up to 3 months before arrival there will be no cancellation charges.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed price will be charged if we are unable to relet the apartment.
• From 1 month before arrival 100% of the agreed price will be charged if we are unable to relet the apartment.
• In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we make a charge of 100% of the cost of the unused vacation days.

We recommend that you take out a reservation cancellation insurance to ensure that you are not charged if you should be unable to take up your booking.
